After receiving a call from the film's producer over two years ago, we decided to become part of the sponsorship milieu of the film "Wait for me and I'll be back," directed and written by Borko Brajović. The film had its premiere on April 10, 2023, in Herceg Novi, and we were deeply honored to be part of the project and attend its premiere screening.
The film's plot consists of several interconnected stories that unfold through different timelines. The first part takes place in Herceg Novi, where it follows the story of two friends, Matej and Milun.
The story begins with a bet between two friends, Matej and Milun, that whoever loses in a game of tennis will have to pay for lunch at a restaurant. After Matej loses to Milun, they meet at the restaurant, and Matej honestly shares with his friend about the nightmares that have been haunting him for a long time. Milun suggests that they visit the Savina Monastery to seek advice from a priest and also visit Nana Šefika, a local healer skilled in dispelling fears. The real mystery begins when the two friends set out on a journey to Žabljak through the Morača Canyon. Suddenly, Matej starts feeling an inexplicable inner restlessness, leading him to abruptly stop the car on the road. This feeling overwhelms him, and strange things start happening in his mind. After recovering a bit, he sees a monument by the road with a picture of a family who tragically perished at that very spot. The biggest mystery arises when Matej realizes that he recognizes one face from the picture – it is the same little girl who appears in his nightmares.
